How do we ship packages?
From our main warehouses in China: Orders are typically shipped via AliExpress Standard Shipping or EMS, depending on size and weight.
From our U.S. warehouses: Orders are shipped via USPS.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes! We provide international shipping to over 200 countries.
However, some regions are not eligible for shipping. If your location is restricted, we will notify you immediately.
Customs & Duties
Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. COSCOBUZ is not responsible for these additional charges. By placing an order, you agree that your package may incur such fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

Why does my tracking say “No information available”?
Some carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If your order was placed more than 5 days ago and you still see no updates, reach out to us for assistance.
Will my items arrive together?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. Don’t worry—you’ll receive tracking for each package if this happens.
