At COSCOBUZ, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy (45 days for Canada) from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products only.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved gear, custom orders)
- Personal-use items (e.g., undergarments, socks, or opened hydration packs)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gas canisters, or fuel)
- Perishable items (e.g., food or plant-based products)
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
We make returns simple with a flat return shipping fee of $3.00. This will be automatically deducted from your refund—no need to worry about postage.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. You’ll receive a full refund for eligible returns.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
